By visiting cleashop.com and/or purchasing something, you agree and consent to these Terms & Conditions (Terms of service), along with our personal data treatment (Privacy Policy), which includes the general terms on how the transactions are made once there is a purchase through this website.

In the event that there is content owned by authors other than Clea®, prior authorization will be obtained in accordance with the provisions of the regulations that protect copyright.

Occasionally there may be information on the platform that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. Clea® reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions by mistake, and to change or update information if it is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).
Clea® undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the platform service or on any related website, including, without any limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Clea® reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
The owner of the Website is based in the United States. We provide the Website for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
SHIPPING
PROCESSING
Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.
USA SHIPPING
Free USA shipping on all orders over $200 usd.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.
PAYMENT AND PURCHASING
Payments are operated through Shopify Payments (credit cards) and PayPal,. Clea® does not accept checks, cash, money orders, or COD as payment.
It should be expressed that the User, at the time of paying the purchase through a credit card, uses and accepts Shopify Payment’s terms of service which can be found here.
Clea’s platform allows the User to use an online transaction service owned by a third party for processing such payments. PayPal and ShopPay are external services contracted because they offer the necessary technological infrastructure and PCI DSS certification so that payment information is kept secure.
When the User purchases through PayPal and ShopPay, after presenting the purchase summary during the sale process, shall leave Clea’s platform for a short time- period, and then access it again when the User gets to know the payment status (rejected or approved). The customer should register on the PayPal and ShopPay platform, and once registered, the customer should be able to make a purchase. During this entire period, the applicable terms and conditions to the payment transaction (personal data for processing the payment, such as the credit card number, among others) that shall govern are the ones from the third-party payment platform, which can be validated directly on their websites:

LEGALIZATION OF ORDERS
Once the payment has been confirmed, Clea® shall send the User an email confirming the detailed information of the purchase and the order number. This email represents the order has been legalized, received, and that it is soon to be processed. The User shall later receive a notification email updating the order status and the shipping tracking number.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Clea® pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
To request a return, email cleashop.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.
Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on
cleashop.com . Please allow up to 72 business hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.
Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation.Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
Clea® reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
DELIVERIES
Clea® shall deliver the User’s order at the exact address provided by the User for such a purpose within the United States territory. Clea® can only make the delivery at the exact address corresponding to the User’s domicile address or his/her place of work. Deliveries shall be made on business days, except for holidays.
Clea® cannot deliver the order to different addresses or on different dates. Each delivery of each order conducted by the User shall constitute an independent remote purchase-sale agreement. If Clea® fails to deliver the order on time or any of the deliveries appear to be incorrect, that is, it does not match the products chosen by the User within the platform, this shall not entitle the User to cancel the order.
In case the User provides a delivery wrong address, Clea® is not responsible for orders that get lost due to the customer's providing an incorrect shipping address. If the mistake is reported on time, Clea® will make everything possible to re-route the order to the correct address, which depends entirely on the currier (UPS / USPS). Clea® will not be held
liable if this isn't possible or the packages end up being delivered to the original address.
RETURN POLICY
- - All items on SALE or tagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- - All items must be returned in the original package, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags.
- - Clea reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned items have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
- - Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
- -Shipping fees (both standard or express) are non-refundable.
- - All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
- - All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. Agua Bendita may agree to refund you to a PayPal account, in case the original payment method is no longer available.
- - Items purchased in physical stores, can't be returned online. Items purchased online can't be returned in physical stores.
